The 11th Annual Texas Half:
The Texas Half is moving from White Rock Lake. We will miss the lake but are excited about our new location. Our 11th edition of the Texas half will be at the new Irving Convention Center in Irving, Texas. The Texas Half features a great event shirt, a great finisher medal, with food and fun. We also believe that all finishers should have their name called out at the finish line.

The name, Texas Half, starts with Texas. See why the best things always happen in Texas. Walkers will be welcome in The Texas Half and 5k!

Parking Information:  
There will be plenty of free parking in the convention center parking garage and at parking garages nearby. You will also be able to ride DART to the event. There will be a DART station one block from the center this year.

The party:
We will have a great Texas Half celebration inside the Irving Convention Canter afterwards.

Jaguar ChipTiming:
The Texas Half will use the jaguar timing system, which records your time precisely from start to finish. Jaguar  is the latest timing technology. Your timing chip will be on your bib number when you get your race packet.  Awards will be based on gun time.

Course Time Limit:
The start line will close at 8:05 a.m. for the half marathon. If you arrive late, you may not be allowed to start. We will keep the finish line and course open for 3 1/2 hours. We would appreciate all to meet course time limits.
